Kale Smoothie

A recipe from Women’s Health magazine. It’s just one idea – use the fruits and herbs you prefer. I’m just behind the times and haven’t thought about a kale smoothie – maybe you’ve been making them for years!

Ingredients:

1 cup chopped kale 2 kiwi, peeled and chopped 1/2 cup fresh orange or tangerine juice 1/2 cup cilantro sprigs 1 rib celery, chopped 1/4 cup ice cubes

Preparation:

Throw it all in a blender and enjoy.
