Did you try last week’s celery? And now another bunch this week. Wonderful! Obviously you noticed it’s very different from grocery-store-celery. After a lot of experimenting, I find we like it finely chopped into things like tuna and chicken salad, and whatever I can’t use right away, I chop up and freeze for later. Those leaves are absolutely delicious, so I always include them as well.
