Thai-marinated Chicken or Pork

Here’s a recipe for your cilantro roots and garlic.

Ingredients:

2 parts cilantro roots 2 parts garlic cloves 1 part freshly ground black pepper

Preparation:

Throw all this in a food processor and puree. If you don’t want something really peppery, reduce the amount of black pepper. You can also add some honey to this mixture. Once pureed, rub this over the meat of your choice, sprinkle with salt, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, up to overnight. Grill and enjoy.
