An easy way to cook all kinds of greens. The toasted sesame oil is really good with mustard greens, though.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil 1 bunch mustard greens, stems removed, roughly chopped 1/4 cup water 1 tablespoon sesame seeds 2 teaspoons rice vinegar 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil Salt and pepper
Preparation:
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add mustard greens and water. Cook until greens are wilted. Add sesame seeds, vinegar and sesame oil. Season to taste.
