No doubt most of you have experimented with kale chips. How about kohlrabi chips? This recipe comes to us by way of the Wednesday morning Dunwoody Green Market.
Ingredients:
Very thinly sliced, unpeeled kohlrabi Olive oil Coarse salt
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a Silpat.
In a small bowl, toss kohlrabi with olive oil. Season with salt. Arrange in a single layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake until crisp and deep golden, 35 minutes to 1 hour depending on how thinly you sliced your kohlrabi. Rotate the pan occasionally so everything browns evenly. Transfer chips as they’re done to a paper-towel-lined plate. Season with salt.
