Cannot remember where this simple idea came from – but it’s delicious.
Ingredients:
Okra Olive oil Sriracha kosher salt Lime juice and zest
Preparation:
Heat grill and when it is hot, lightly oil grates. Skewer okra.
Brush okra lightly with olive oil and grill about 4 minutes per side. Remove from skewers and toss with Sriracha, salt, lime zest and lime juice to taste.
