Green Goddess Dressing/Dip

from Martha Stewart Living Makes 2 cups In a food processor or blender, pulse avocado, buttermilk, herbs, anchovies and vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper and chill for at least one hour.

Ingredients:

1 avocado, pitted and peeled 1 1/2 cups buttermilk 1 cup fresh herbs (basil, parsley, chives, your choice, one or a combination) 2 anchovy filets 1 tablespoon vinegar, white wine preferred Salt and pepper
