All the fennel in the box 2 cups heavy cream or half-and-half 1 cup grated Parmesan Salt and pepper Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Preparation:
Rinse the fennel and cut it into bite size pieces. You can use all of it up to and including the fronds, if you wish. Arrange the chopped fennel in a baking dish and then cover with cream.
