Cheesy Cornbread

From Moore Farms and Friends. Wouldn’t this be good with chili?

Ingredients:

1 cup cornmeal 1 cup all-purpose flour 4 teaspoons baking powder 2 tablespoons granulated sugar Pinch salt 1 cup milk or buttermilk 1/2 cup olive oil or vegetable oil 2 eggs 1/2 cup grated cheese (your choice)

Preparation:

In a medium bowl, stir together cornmeal, flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Stir in milk, oil and eggs. Stir in grated cheese. Pour into heated skillet and bake 20 minutes or until cooked through. Serve immediately.
