Butternut and Apple Bake

This recipe is from Dianna Tribble of Tribble Farms. She sells her honey at the Roswell Farmers & Artisans Market on Thursday nights.

Ingredients:

Butternut squash Apples Honey Melted butter Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Peel, core, seed and cube as much butternut and apple as you would like. Arrange the cubes in a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Mix as much honey and butter as you like and drizzle that over the squash and apples. Sprinkle lightly with a little salt and pepper. Cover with foil and bake until tender.

Done.
