Bruschetta Topped with Radishes

Ingredients:

About 2 cups cooked beans, your choice 1 clove garlic 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons tahini Juice from 1/2 lemon, or to taste Salt and pepper Toasted slices of sourdough 1 bunch radishes, thinly sliced, greens thinly sliced as well

Preparation:

In the bowl of a food processor or jar of a blender, combine beans, garlic, olive oil and tahini and blend until smooth. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Spread on toast and top with radish slices and greens.
