This might be even better than traditional caprese salad.
Ingredients:
3 cups cubed cantaloupe 1/4 pound fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into 3/4-inch pieces 1/4 cup snipped fresh basil 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar Ground black pepper
Preparation:
Arrange cantaloupe and mozzarella on a serving platter. Sprinkle with basil, then drizzle with balsamic vinegar and grind black pepper over everything.
