Napa Cabbage and Apple Slaw with Tahini-Lime Dressing

I don’t remember where I first saw this recipe, and I can’t find the original, so I’m going to give you some general proportions to work with. I made this over the weekend for a potluck Halloween party and it was a big hit.


Dressing: 1/4 cup tahini 1/4 cup lime juice 1/4 cup honey 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 package ramen noodles, spice packet discarded Slaw: Head of Napa cabbage A few apples Nuts, if you wish Dried fruit like raisins or cranberries, if you wish



Whisk all the ingredients together and taste. Add more of whatever ingredient you think it needs. Crumble noodles into dressing and set aside for at least an hour so the noodles soften.


Shred your cabbage finely and thinly slice some apples. Toss it all together and add the dressing. Add nuts or dried fruit and serve.
