Now about that cabbage. I have two wonderful cole slaw dressings you have to try.
Ingredients:
1/2 (half) cup mayonnaise 1/4 (quarter) cup chipotle peppers with adobo sauce 1/4 (quarter) cup sweet chili sauce 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Preparation:
In the bowl of a food processor, make dressing by combining mayonnaise, chipotles, sweet chili sauce and vinegar. Pulse just until chipotles are pureed.
Pour dressing over cabbage and stir together. Taste for seasoning. Try this with cabbage, thinly sliced onion and cilantro. Wonderful!
