(2017) Basic Vinaigrette

With all that lettuce, you’re likely to make a salad. Please don’t use something from the store. Make your own!


1/4 cup olive oil 1 to 2 tablespoons something acidic – lemon juice, balsamic, some other vinegar, your choice 1/2 teaspoon honey or agave 1/2 teaspoon mustard – ballpark, Dijon, honey-mustard, your choice Salt and pepper


Whisk it up in a bowl or put it all in a jar, tighten the lid and shake, shake, shake. As always, adjust seasoning to taste.
